Information collected from your enquiry
If you use the secure contact form, we collect your name, email address, any phone number or postcode you choose to provide, the enquiry category and your short message. A restricted SQL database records the contact details, enquiry category and delivery status. Free-text messages are delivered to the Osabea office mailbox but are not copied into the website database. Please do not submit medical records, diagnoses, identification documents or detailed information about anyone’s health through this form.
Why we use this information
We use website enquiries to reply to questions and discuss potential care or professional referrals. Depending on the enquiry, we rely on legitimate interests in answering general enquiries or on taking steps at your request before entering a contract. We do not use the enquiry form to send marketing messages.
How information is sent and shared
The website is delivered through Cloudflare. Once configured, the secure enquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check for automated abuse, a separate Cloudflare D1 database to record limited contact and delivery details, and Resend to deliver your message to the Osabea office mailbox in Microsoft 365. The planned website database is to be created with EU jurisdiction before the service is enabled. Technical service providers may process limited information needed to provide these services. Relevant international transfers require appropriate safeguards.
How long we retain it
Website enquiry database records are intended to be removed after 90 days, subject to final approval of the company retention policy and any lawful need to preserve a record. A scheduled deletion process must be activated before that policy is relied upon. Email correspondence is retained separately according to the company’s approved records policy. Please contact us to ask how long your information will be held.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you have rights to access, correct or erase your data, object to certain uses, restrict processing and make a complaint. You can contact us using the details above. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Links, fonts and cookies
Links to CQC, Companies House and the CareOps application lead to other services with their own privacy information. This site uses Google Fonts to display typography and Cloudflare services for delivery and protection. We have not added advertising or analytics cookies to this site.
Health and care records
This public website is an introduction and contact route. It is not a portal for sending clinical records. If information about a care need must be shared, Osabea will arrange an appropriate confidential channel and provide relevant privacy information.
